His main research direction is micro-nano sensor devices and systems. He has presided over the “973” project, the “863” program, the key project of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the national key research and development special project. He has published more than 100 academic papers in SCI, authorized more than 70 national invention patents, and published 3 books. He has won 1 second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award, 2 second prizes of National Technological Invention Award, and 1 second prize of National Teaching Achievement Award.

According to the official website, North University of China is a multidisciplinary teaching and research university jointly established by the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government and the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, and managed by the Shanxi Provincial People’s Government.
